      What happens after I file a claim with Shory?

      Our Shory Ambassadors will be directly notified, if any document is missing, they will get in touch with you.

      If all documents are correct and nothing is missing, our team will send the claim to the Insurance Company. who will then acknowledge the receiving of the claim and provide a reference number for it. This reference number will allow you and our team to track the status of the claim and you can see this all within your Shory account.
