• Is there a cancelation fee? Is there a ‘cooling off’ period where no cancelation fee?
• Does the user get refunded for the months they didn’t use?
• Do they get a refund if they made a claim?

Every insurance company will have different cancelation penalties, so do read your policy terms carefully!
