Unfortunately, you cannot purchase car insurance without the vehicle’s serial number.

Even if you have the serial number, your driver's license must be valid to proceed with the purchase.

To buy car insurance, insurance companies require the following:

• Your National ID (or Iqama) number
• Your date of birth
• Your mobile number
• Vehicle information — whether it's a registration card or customs card.
  • If it's a registration card, you must enter the serial number (found at the bottom of the card) and the vehicle model.
